Locking Observation Forms

Locking an Observation Form means you are finished making changes and are ready to use the Observation Form. When an Observation Form is Locked, it must have at least One Form Item. Once Locked, it cannot be unlocked and Form Items cannot be added or deleted. However, Form Items can be edited, for example, to correct spelling mistakes.
