What should I do if the course is playing but I can't see it?


  1. The course window may be minimized / collapsed:


    • PC: Locate the minimized window on your bottom toolbar. It will be titled "Course Window". Click on it to maximize your browser window.
      • .

    • Mac: Select your web browser in the Finder. If you still do not see the course make sure the window titled "Course Window" is expanded.


  2. The course window may be hidden behind another window:


    • Minimize / collapse or move all of your existing windows until you find the one titled "Course Window". Maximize / expand this window to bring it back to the front of your screen.
